2) How is Steph?
She’s doing very well. She’s 7 months now, so it’s getting very difficult for her to get comfortable, and it’s touogh sleeping at night too. But, on the good side, little Peter is kicking away! He’ll bruise your hand if you leave it in one place too long.
3) How is you job?
Not so good at the moment. I’mnot really on any project, and future projects look pretty crappy (can you tell I’m in a great mood?). The good news is that class has started, so I can spend lots of time coming up with neat perl scripts to deconstruct and explain in class.
4) Any new news about you/steph/job that weren’t in 1-3?
We started baby classes last week. it was pretty cool. I highly recommend it, even if you’re not pregnant.
Also, Mike Sawyer left us for the browner fields of NJ 
He moved back to his old job at St. Michaels, and into some apartment outside of the grunge. Mike and Rob seem to like it though. He has emailed me a couple times now.
5) What about the LOTR movie? Did you like it?
Did see the movie, loved every minute of it, very impressed with how they integrated the little character-building traits of the characters into the dialogue instead of substituting hack and slash or too much flash. Legolas was the BALLS! I want an elven archer now. My Cleric of Tyr just got the Leadership feat, so I’ll be recruiting an elven ranger cohort as soon as I can boost my crappy charisma.

The CA Job market wanted people who knew what they were doing, apparently.
So I’m slumming at UCSF as a program assistant (Having nothing to do with programming, though I do a little tech support).
I’m looking at maybe getting a MS in CS. Not sure just yet – they’re a lot of ‘pay me 12,000 and get a certificate in MSNBCJO whatever’. Most of them, cost almost what it would cost me for a year of school, so I figured might as well go for the degree.
I may toss out an extra 20buck a month for a static IP with Pac Bell and start to play with some of the cool perl/java stuff (and learn a little apache while I’m at it).
Here’s the scary part. I have to take the GREs over again, because I have now officially taken them too long ago for it to count.
PS Before you contact the pron ad agency – let me know. If you’re going to advertise porn – it may as well be what I like (Since I’m the only visitor).
