bachelor party 2 the last temptation download We’ve finally moved in! The new house has a whole new set of good things as well as bad … so Stephanie, Peter, and I are busy tackling them. The list of “fixed” keeps getting longer, but the list of “needs fixin’” also gets longer ;-( It’s a good thing the pool is in good shape – it’s a great stress-reliever when we can actually take advantage of it.
Has Steph had time to leave the side of the pool yet?
Barely! It’s a real challenge to keep the leaves off the bottom. It’s been over-full because of the rainstorms we’ve had, and that means the skimmers hardly work at all. The higher the water level, the less pressure the skimmers have at pulling in the surface water. Since they don’t pull in enough water, the material on the surface saturates and sinks to the bottom ;(
So, we’re out there every day trying to keep it clean, finagle the skimmers to work better, and in general, shoo-ing off all the bugs and leaves that keep landing in it
